The BOE  DV150X0M-N10 LCD Module 15.0" XGA TFT-LCD panel is a high-performance display solution featuring a 1024×768 resolution and 85 PPI for sharp image clarity. With an active area of 304.128×228.096 mm and a slim outline dimension of 326.5×253.5×10 mm, it is ideal for compact industrial and medical applications. The panel offers a typical luminance of 350 cd/m² and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, ensuring vivid and crisp visuals.

Its ultra-wide 89° viewing angles in all directions (CR≥10) and fast 30 ms response time enhance display performance. Built on a-Si TFT-LCD technology with ADS mode, it delivers consistent brightness and color fidelity under various lighting conditions. The screen supports 16.7 million colors with 72% NTSC gamut and has an antiglare coating (haze 25%) with a hard 3H surface for durability. Operating via a 20-pin LVDS interface at 60Hz and powered at 3.3V, it includes a 12S4P WLED backlight rated for 50,000 hours with integrated LED driver. It supports operation in harsh environments from -20°C to 70°C.

• Severe temperature condition may  result in different luminance, response time.
